This prevents damage to your piano, your home, and yourself. If your piano or grand piano cannot be delivered to the new address right away, we will place it temporarily in our piano storage facility, located in one of our heated and climate-controlled storage units. Preparing for your piano or grand piano move
We would like to know how your piano will fit through doors, hallways, and other passages. Therefore, make a cardboard template of the side of your piano and check whether the instrument fits sideways by placing the template flat on the floor.
What type of flooring do you have at both your current and new address? Please provide us with these details so we can bring appropriate protective materials.
Is there a floor level involved? In some cases, a piano can only be moved in one specific way. Usually this is done using a furniture lift, and sometimes even with a large crane. Please inform us of this clearly and in detail.
